Back to SchoolA Note from the Teacher:
BOOK FAIR: Our class is signed up to go to book fair Monday morning! If your child wants to buy something, please send money in an envelope with their name on it. If you have any special instructions (for example: can only buy books, may buy one poster, etc.) please write it on the envelope. Please see the form for more information! Popcorn Friday Form: Please also check your child’s folder if you are interested in Popcorn Fridays or want to order a Buckley shirt. Class Dojo: If you have not signed up for Class Dojo yet, please do! I had sheets at open house for directions to sign-up. If you have not signed up, I am sending home another invitation to join our class. Please let me know if you any questions.
This Week We Learned....
Math: In math class, we finished up our NWEA testing and continued working our first unit. We practiced rounding greater numbers, writing greater numbers in expanded form, word form, and standard form. We also have had more homework. I will try my best to give students time at school to get some or all of it done. If it is not completed, please have your child finish it and bring it back to school. It is a great tool for me as a teacher to see if students need extra help or if they are ready for the lesson. Thank you! Social Studies: Language Arts: Contact InformationPhone: (231) 269-3325
